The gym facility for all of your benefits

- ARENDS HEALTH CLUB 65PLUS

65Plus is a special program that Arends Health Club has developed to help elderly people achieve their goals under intensive guidance. We have created a special trainings area in the gym where the equipment is specially adapted to the goals of the elderly. Every weekday, from 10-11am, we offer group guidance in the gym where we work on strength and combine this with mobility exercises.

 

We also offer once a month a special training to rebuild self-confidence for people, over 65. During the training we work in a fun, educational way and learn fall prevention.

Do I have to pay more to join the classes? No you don't need to! All our group and virtual lessons are included in your membership.

Age is no barrier, it´s a limitation

The outcome of a 16-year study is that older people who consume an average of 2,000 calories or more per week live an average of 2 years longer through moderate to high-intensity exercise.

HOW LONG DOES A 65PLUS LESSON LAST?

A 65PLus class lasts between 45-55 minutes. During the lessons our trainers also puts focus your body posture.
