We are more than just a place where you come to train. We are a gym where you will discover your limits and exceed them. Discover today the club for all your needs where quality, energetic atmosphere and unprecedented perseverance is our standard. Welcome to Arends Health Club.

What are the benefits of exercising with us:

1. Every 6 weeks on the Inbody 770 for a personal body analysis.

2. Every 6 weeks we adjust the FIIT goals based on the personal results of the Inbody.

3. Every 6 weeks we guide you in the gym based on the adjustments of the personal FIIT goals.

 

We formulate all this based on SMART goals. This means that each goals are: Specific, Measurable, Acceptable, Realistic and Time-bound. ​

 

4. We work with a Point System which ensures that your employees remain involved and motivated to come for their work out. You can earn points upon entering the gym and checking in, by participating in group classes and by recruiting new customers. You can earn points for each activity. These points can be used at our bar in the gym, for merchandise or for 1 month working out free of charge.

We are open 6 days a week! All our memberships include unlimited open hours, group classes and virtual classes.

GUIDANCE AFTER PHYSIO CARE AND SPECIALIZED CARE FOR CHRONIC ILLNESS 

We have expert trainers who specialize in injuries and chronic illnesses. We help customers who have walked with the physio and cannot be helped further or need to be helped by the physio. There are also people who have a chronic illness and very often have the idea that they cannot do much, such as hernia, osteoarthritis, etc. This is of course not true, because just by moving you ensure better blood circulation, mobility in the joints and endorphins (the happiness chemical) are released, making you feel better mentally and less demotivated.
