HIITnRUN is a class where you can push your limits. It is a combination of treadmill, strength exercises and boxing. Short, explosive activities demand the body to produce fast-twitch muscle fibres. Compared to slow-twitch, these fibers are much more aggressive when it comes to muscle growth and strength. So it's no wonder HIIT – an activity founded on intense movements – leads the way when it comes to building lean muscle. And that's why you burn fat faster. 

Do I have to pay more to join the classes? No you don't need to! All our group and virtual lessons are included in your membership.

HOW LONG DOES A HIITnRUN LESSON LAST?

A HIITnRUN class lasts between 45-55 minutes. During the lesson we monitor your heart rate so that you are in the correct zone to achieve your own goals.
