KIDS LESSONS

- ARENDS HEALTH CLUB KIDS LESSONS

Fun is essential during our children's lessons. During the lessons we work through sports on the social-emotional and motor development of the child. The Kids Lessons we offer are: BoxxFit, Crossfit and CS4. The lessons are developed at the level and capacity of the age category of the lesson. ​

 

Do I have to pay more to join more than one lessons? No you don't need to! All our kids lessons are included in your KIDS-membership. Kids 12 years or older are allowed to train in the gym. We will make a functional training program for them.

KIDS LESSONS BENEFITS

The advantages of the kids lessons are that they can lose their energy, maintain a healthy weight, come into contact with other children so that they can make further social and emotional growth and work on their motor development. When a child starts gym at the age of 12 it benefits their muscles and bones. We recommend this at least three times a week.

HOW LONG DOES A KIDS LESSON LAST?

A Kids Lessons lasts 60 minutes.
