Personal Training is the solution for anyone who wants to work towards their gym goals in the most effective way. We offer various trajectories such as the weight loss trajectory, muscle-up trajectory and for athletes who have a summer holiday ahead of them or just want to get fit, a Six pack, Bikini fit and Booty trajectory! At Arends Health Club, professional trainers guide you towards your personal goal in a safe and responsible manner.

Your personal trainer will help you reach your goal during this period. During your personal training trajectory, you can make unlimited use of our open gym and participate in our group lessons. Your personal trainer will make a personal training schedule so that you can go to the gym to train in addition to the personal training. In addition, you will receive nutritional guidance using our nutrition app and you will have a coaching moment every 2 weeks. During these moments you not only discuss the progress and results of the training sessions, but also the progress of the nutrition program and your mindset as an athlete.

The advantages of personal training are that you have constant contact with your coach. You have a trusted person who will guide you through this entire period and is there for you when needed. We also create a personal nutrition schedule that will help you achieve your goal faster.

HOW LONG DOES A PERSONAL TRAINING LAST?

A personal training class lasts  60 minutes. 

WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

One hour a week for 8 weeks long you pay: Awg.1200,00.

One hour a week for 12 weeks long you pay: Awg.1650,00.

Two hour a week for 8 weeks long you pay: Awg.2000,00.

Two hour a week for 12 weeks long you pay: Awg.2700,00.
