You can schedule virtual lessons whenever you want. If you are unable to participate in our regular lessons you can enjoy our virtual lessons. In addition, the lessons are very effective and this offers you the freedom to determine an exercise moment that best suits your personal schedule. We offer various virtual classes such as bodypump, bodybalance, bodycombat and grit (athletic, cardio and strength).

Do I have to pay more to join the classes? No you don't need to! All our group and virtual lessons are included in your membership.

The advantages of virtual lessons is that you can schedule them whenever you want. The lessons are all very effective.

HOW LONG DOES A VIRTUAL LESSON LAST?

You can choose how long a virtual lesson lasts. This can be 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. You can also choose the level that best suits your goal. This enables you to exercise at your own level and pace.
